The Silk District is a new luxury mixed use residential development in the heart of the Whitechapel neighbourhood, named after the historic silk district that used to thrive in this part of London’s historic east end. The mixed use street level space of approximately 40,000 square feet is designated for high quality workplace use divided into three main blocks at street level below the residential towers. OIA provided technical support in design development and construction phases of the new landlord CAT A+B spaces with new WC cores suitable for letting.
