Mixed use workplace and retail building remodelling and refurbishment in Central Coventry. The site location is close to the Hill Top Conservation Area, facing directly along Cross Cheaping and forming a corner site location next to a short pedestrianised area opening into the West Orchard Shopping Centre.

The scheme includes two additional office floors with new replacement high performance polycarbonate glazing systems throughout, new HVAC system, new entrance and stair well remodelling, branding and graphics with a new CAT A interior scheme for the first second third and new office floors, BREEAM very good. The development is in response to the new city focus on enterprise for developing SMEs in preparation for the Coventry UK City of Culture bid for 2021.
