OIA Architects provided a technical lead role for this regional banking headquarters in Edinburgh for Aecom. The project consisted of new and refurbished offices over a number of phases during client occupation, including landlord works in refurbishment of cat A offices for letting of an additional 350m2. The project consisted of two floors of new offices and meeting rooms within Holyrood Park House. The building was completed by CDA Architects as a grade A speculative office development for Grosvenor completed in 2004.
