Aldine House was purchased by Capitol & Counties Properties (CAPCO) is a London property company with a key asset in Convent Garden. The Convent Garden Grade II Listed Building was purchased in 2015 as part of the client’s transformation involvement in this landmark cultural district.

The offices occupied Level 3 of this refurbished Queen Ann building from the new CAT A offices. Care and due diligence in compliance  with all restrictions and limitations under the Planning (Listed Building and Conservation) Act 1990.
