OIA Architects provided architectural consultancy services and technical lead role for this high value corporate banking headquarters. The project occupies five floors of the thirty-seven-floor tower, including dealing rooms, boardrooms and offices with a new connecting accommodation stair. 100 Bishopsgate is new office building in the City of London tower cluster by developer Brookfield Properties with the principle architect Allies and Morrison and structural engineers Robert Bird. The 172-meter tower (564 feet) included pre lets to Freshfields and Royal Bank of Canada.
